France killed 50 terrorists of Al Qaeda-linked organization

Facing Islamic terrorism like India, France's Air Force has killed more than 50 terrorists of the Al Qaeda-linked terrorist organization in the West African country of Mali. This organization was about to attack the military base in the area.

French Defense Minister Florence Parley tweeted on Monday night that the campaign was a major blow to Al Qaeda-linked organization Ansarul Islam and indicated that terrorist organizations could not escape the action. Florence is currently on a visit to Bamako, the capital of Mali, where she met the President of the Transitional Government, the Vice-President, the Minister of Defense, and several senior leaders and apprised them of the success of the French Army's campaign.

After these meetings, Florence gave an account of the expedition. He said that French special forces deployed in the area carried out the operation last Friday near the borders of Burkina Faso and Niger. During this time they also recovered arms and other equipment from the terrorists and destroyed about 30 motorcycles.

Florence reported that a drone had detected a large convoy of motorcycles in the area. When terrorists tried to escape from surveillance by hiding under trees, French forces sent two Mirage planes and a drone to drop the missiles. The said terrorists were killed in their actions.
