In Nepal, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will prepare a political document within ten days and present it to the ruling Communist Party secretary board. In this document, Executive Chairman Pushp Kamal Dahal will reply to Prachanda's allegation that Oli is running the government without the consent of the party. The next meeting of the Board of Secretaries will be held on 28 November.
Sensing the possibility of discussion on this allegation of Prachanda, Prime Minister and Communist Party chief Oli had postponed the meeting to be held on Wednesday. While executive chairman of the party Pushp Kamal Dahal Prachanda was in favor of holding this meeting.
Five of the nine members of the Board of Secretaries - Prachanda, Madhav Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal, Vamdev Gautam, and Narayan Qazi were pressing for the proposed meeting. While Oli, Vishnu Poudel, Ishwar Pokharel, and Ram Bahadur Thapa accompanied the Prime Minister's decision to postpone the meeting.
The meeting was held in the afternoon at the Prime Minister's residence in Balwaters in which all nine members took part. Prachanda and his colleagues demand that Oli should leave one of the posts of Prime Minister. But Oli is not ready to accept this demand. This is the main reason for the dispute between the two camps. After several weeks of peace, the dispute between the two factions has intensified once again.
