India will once again become the fifth largest economy in the world by beating Britain by 2025. The Center for Economic and Business Research (CEBR) says that by the end of 2030, India will be the third-largest economy.
The institution has projected India's economic growth rate to be 9 percent next year and seven percent in the next year i.e. 2022. CEBR says that the Indian economy, which is facing the challenges of the coronavirus epidemic, has slipped a notch to sixth place this year. India became the fifth largest economy in the past year beating Britain.
The Indian economy is a minor staggered amidst the challenges of the Corona epidemic. Now Britain will stay ahead till 2024 and after that India will overtake. The institution said through a report that the weakening of the rupee against the dollar has made a difference in India's place in the list of the world's major economies.
The report says that as India grows economically, its growth rate will naturally slow down.
