In September, Tencent games face a huge loss of USD 34 billion in just two days and now at the beginning of the new year 2021, again Tenent is in difficulty. As per a report in Reuters, Tencent's web-based game contributions have been eliminated from Huawei's application store since the two organizations neglected to agree on income sharing, Tencent and a source said on Friday.
"Because of the disappointment of Huawei's portable game stage to reestablish its agreement with our Mobile Game Promotion Project Agreement as planned, significant results of Tencent Games were unexpectedly eliminated from the racks early today,"
Tencent said in an assertion. "As of now, dynamic correspondence is being made to attempt to continue at the earliest opportunity," it said. Tencent sells a portion of the highest level internet games around the world, while Huawei has a 41.4% portion of the China cell phone market and 14.9 percent of the worldwide market, as per information from statistical surveying firms IDC and Canalys.
A source said the games were eliminated because the organizations couldn't concede to an income-sharing arrangement for the application store deals. Huawei demands accepting a 50 percent cut, the source said.
