North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong-un has begun to pressure future US President Joe Biden. He has threatened to increase the stock of nuclear weapons, calling the US the biggest enemy of North Korea. Also told that his country is developing many advanced weapons.
North Korea's official news agency Korea Central News Agency quoted Kim's statement on Saturday that relations with the US would depend on whether the country would change its policy of hostility with North Korea.
Kim's statement is being seen with a view to putting pressure on newly elected President Biden. Nuclear talks between Trump and Kim were held in 2018 and 2019, but with no results. Kim said at the ruling Workers Party conference that Washington too agreed if talks were ready. But North Korea should increase its stock of nuclear weapons to counter US hostilities.
