UGC NET exam postponed due to corona

In view of Corona's growing transition, the Central Government has also postponed the proposed UGC NET examination in May. The new exam dates will be announced only if the situation is normal. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, tweeting on Tuesday, giving information about postponing the net, said that this decision has been taken in view of the safety of the students. Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency said that the examination dates would be announced later. Students will be given at least fifteen days' time for the examination. This examination, to be held for 81 subjects, was to be held across the country from May 2 to May 17. 

 Although this examination was to be held only in December, due to Corona, it was decided to conduct it in May. Earlier, the government had also decided to postpone the proposed examinations of JEE Mains in April. At present, this examination of UGC NET was to be computer-based. The ICSE board also canceled the tenth exam: Meanwhile, in view of the pressure of the students, the ICSE has canceled the tenth board exam. 

That is, there will no longer be a tenth exam and the students will be able to Passes will be declared on Aadhaar. Earlier, ICSE had given two options to students of the Tenth Board. In which he wants to take the exam or not. If you want to take the exam then it was decided to take their examinations along with the board exams of the twelfth. Also, those who do not want to give will be awarded points based on internal assessment. However, this option of ICSE was strongly opposed. ICSE Secretary Gary Arathoon said on Tuesday that the Class X board examination has been completely canceled. The results of the students will be declared on the basis of internal assessment only. Along with this, instructions have also been given to all the schools affiliated with the ICSE, that they should start the process of granting admission to the students in XI.
