Pakistan dropped weapons from drones in Samba sector

Pakistan on Friday dropped weapons from drones in the Samba sector to carry weapons to terrorists. Border Security Force (BSF) personnel recovered these weapons before reaching the hands of terrorists and thwarted Pakistan's conspiracy.

The recovered weapons include an AK 47 rifle, a nine mm pistol, a magazine of pistols, and 15 rounds of pistols. DIG SPS Sandhu of the Border Security Force said that a wooden frame was also recovered along with the weapons, with the help of which the weapons were attached to the drone. Weapons were thrown inside about 250 meters of Indian territory.

According to highly placed sources, the BSF had received input from intelligence that weapons could be dropped from drones from across the border.
