Renowned Chinese agronomist Yuan Longping died

Yuan Longping, a famous Chinese agronomist who developed a hybrid of rice, died at the age of 91. Longping solved the country's food problem to a large extent by playing an important role in increasing rice production. According to Xinhua, Yuan Longping was admitted to a hospital in Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province. Here in the disease, his organs gradually stopped functioning. Born in Beijing in 1930, Yuan had seen people dying of hunger before 1949. 

At that time there was a huge food crisis among the growing population. This had an impact on the Yuan, and amidst constant research and study, he developed a hybrid of rice, which produced many countries in the world, not only China, but also overcome the food crisis. Yuan is also considered as the messiah of relieving hunger in the world.
