Breach in the security of the country with CSR money

The money given by the companies under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the welfare of deaf children and to save tax is likely to be used to breach the security of the country. After the conversion of 60 students of Noida Deaf Society located in Sector-117 of Noida came to light, it has also been found that this society was getting funding of crores from the country as well as abroad. From April 2019 to March 2020, Noida Deaf Society received a grant of about Rs 2.5 crore in Indian currency and about Rs 1.5 crore in foreign currency.

The students of the same school were converted and the teachers and staff were involved in the conversion. In the last few years, Noida Deaf Society has been given a grant of about five crore rupees by the companies of the country and some individuals individually, while it has also come to the notice of getting a grant of three crore rupees from abroad. These grants have been received in the last few years, in such a situation, since the formation of the society, the information about how many grants have been received till now is being collected by the ATS. For this, the help of the Income Tax Department is also being taken.

Through the balance seat provided in the department, it will be known which people and which companies have given how much money. After this, the ATS team will also interrogate those people and the company management, who had funded lakhs of crores of rupees. There are dozens of societies and NGOs in Noida like the Noida Deaf Society, which get lakhs and crores of rupees as grants. Where this money is spent, its account is shown only in the balance seat. There is no such system at the government level, which checks the accounts of the money received in the form of grants. Only a balance seat copy is provided to the Registrar Society, then prepared by the CA of the Society or NGO.
