NEET (UG) will be conducted on September 12 for admission to undergraduate medical courses including MBBS, BAMS. The new Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced this after a high-level meeting on Monday. Till now, it was proposed to conduct this examination on August 1. Process related to application NTA (National Testing Agency) from 5 pm on Tuesday. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan tweeted, 'NEET (UG) 2021 will be conducted across the country on September 12, following the Covid-19 protocol.
The process will start from 5 pm tomorrow through the NTA website. In another tweet, he said, 'The number of cities where the examination will be conducted has been increased from 155 to 198 to ensure physical distancing norms. The number of examination centers will also be increased as compared to 3,862 centers in 2020. It will be mandatory for the candidates to wear masks in the examination centers.
