Up to Rs 5,000 will be paid from the card without swapping

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), while reviewing monetary policy, has taken some steps to promote digital banking in the country. But in recent times, some banks have also expressed concern over problems in the digital service network.

The central bank has asked all banks to invest more in technology. RBI Governor Dr. Shaktikanta Das from Digital Banking has announced some new arrangements to make payments due.

Das said about the ban on HDFC bank services, he said that the bank was constantly facing problems with customers earlier. When digital banking is being promoted in the country, then millions of customers are left with technical flaws and people's trust in digital banking cannot be broken. It is being studied that SBI's digital service has suffered.
