One and a half year imprisonment and fine in check bounce case in Abohar

Abohar | After listening to the arguments of the lawyers of both the parties in the case of Rs 3.5 lakh check bounce, a person resident of village Panjawa was convicted and sentenced to one and a half year imprisonment by the Court of Abohar Subdivision. According to the information, Pragat Singh, a resident of village Panjawa, had given a check of three and a half lakhs to PADB Bank. Filed a case against Pragat Singh in the court. After hearing the arguments of the lawyers of both the sides, the court convicted a person resident of village Panjawa and sentenced him to imprisonment for one and a half year and fine.
